We are talking about countries that are part of the so-called emerging countries and we are in a context where advanced economies fail to definitively overcome the crisis, so we usually hear omens that something new can occur, making us ask, how this would affect the main actors of foreign trade, defined as the EU and the U.S., while on the opposite side, how this would affect emerging understood as such to China, Russia, Latin America as a whole and major Asian economies excluding China.
